Quality is a priority issue at Swiss International Hotels. Thus all our member hotels are obliged to maintain the high quality standards of Swiss International Hotels. These apply to all areas of comfort, service and guest well-being. Among other things they must carry out regular guest and staff surveys, the results of which are evaluated by an independent central office and flow into a benchmark. In this way we can gather together important information enabling us to recognize guest needs very quickly and take appropriate actions.

After an application for membership has been submitted, the directors carry out an on-site check. The decision-making body is the board of the Swiss International Hotels Service Ltd.
